Your IP space, on our network.
Bring your own IPv4 prefixes at no extra cost. Peer with your own ASN or have us announce on your behalf — either way, keep your IP reputation and inherit always-on DDoS scrubbing.

What is a BGP session?
A BGP session is the connection your router uses to tell our network which prefixes you want to originate. We accept your announcements, filter them against your IRR and RPKI records, and propagate them upstream — making us an additional path for your traffic on the global internet.
What is BYOIP?
BYOIP — Bring Your Own IP — means using your organization’s own IP space on our infrastructure instead of IPs we assign. Bring your own ASN to peer directly, or skip the ASN entirely and let us announce your prefix from AS30456 with a signed LOA.
Why customers run their own IPs here
BGP and BYOIP unlock the kinds of deployment that fixed-IP hosting cannot.
Keep your IP reputation
Your prefixes follow you to our network. Mail deliverability, allowlists, and customer firewall rules keep working without renumbering.
Stay portable across providers
Announce the same space simultaneously from us and your other upstreams. Move workloads between providers without changing IPs.
Inherit our DDoS scrubbing
Traffic to your announced prefixes traverses the same always-on L4 and L7 mitigation that protects every server we host.
Build anycast deployments
Announce the same prefix from multiple of our locations to steer users to the closest point of presence with low-latency failover.
What you need to bring
Everything below is industry-standard for BGP peering. If you are missing any of it, our team can point you to the right resources.
Allocated IP space
A minimum of a /24 IPv4 prefix that is registered to your organization. Smaller blocks cannot be globally routed.
A Letter of Authorization
A signed LOA authorizing AS30456 (Cosmic Global Networks) to announce your prefixes on your behalf. We provide a template if you need one.
RPKI ROAs (recommended)
Route Origin Authorizations at your RIR validate that your prefix is allowed to originate from the announcing ASN. We help you publish them if needed.
How to get a session up
Typical end-to-end turnaround is 1–2 business days from LOA to first announcement.
Order a dedicated server
BGP and BYOIP are available on every dedicated server we host. Pick a machine that fits your workload and complete checkout.
Open a ticket with the details
Send us the prefixes you want announced and your LOA. If you have your own ASN we will set up a session for you to peer; otherwise we originate the announcement from AS30456 on your behalf.
We bring it live
Our peering team configures everything end-to-end, sets up filtering against your IRR and RPKI records, and confirms once your prefixes are reachable globally.
Adjust on your schedule
Add prefixes, withdraw, or change preferences whenever you need by opening a ticket — no per-change fees.
