Edit AdminUsers.txt and add SteamID64s, one per line:

76561197960287930

Add one SteamID64 per line for each additional admin.

Reload from console without restart:

reloadadminlist

Admins can use the .admin command suffix in chat:

.admin              Open admin menu (in-game)
.kick "Name"
