Everywhere

Pay with your PayPal balance or anything linked to your PayPal account, at checkout and for renewals.

Cash App Pay and iDEAL
Regional

Cash App Pay is offered to customers in the United States. iDEAL is offered to customers in the Netherlands paying in euros; it pays for one order at a time, so renewals need a card, PayPal or account credit.

On request

SEPA Direct Debit (SEPA countries) and US bank debit are enabled per account. Ask support and we will turn them on for you.

Bank transfer

Open invoices can be paid by bank transfer in the currencies we hold a receiving account in. When it is available for an invoice, a "Pay by bank transfer" button appears on it in your client area.

Through account credit

Paying with crypto

Crypto can't be picked at checkout itself. Instead you top up account credit with crypto, and that credit pays for new orders and renewals automatically. You can also pay any open invoice with crypto straight from the invoice page.

  1. 1

Open Add Account Credit in your client area, choose the Crypto tab and enter an amount (minimum $5).

  2. 2

Pay on our payment processor's page in the coin you choose. The network fee and the processor's fee are added on top, so the full amount reaches your balance.

  3. 3

Your credit is added automatically once the payment is confirmed.

  4. 4

Check out as normal. Your balance is applied to the order automatically, and if it covers the whole order you will not need a card.

A server bought entirely with credit has no card on file, so it doesn't renew by charging one. Its renewal invoice is paid from your balance, and any shortfall is a normal invoice you can pay with crypto, a card or PayPal.

Common questions

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Where your country supports them, we also accept Cash App Pay and iDEAL. SEPA Direct Debit and US bank debit are available on request — ask support and we will enable them on your account. You can also pay invoices and add account credit with cryptocurrency from your client area. Crypto can't be chosen at checkout itself, but account credit is applied to new orders automatically.
Can I pay for a game server or dedicated server with crypto?
Yes, through account credit. Crypto can't be chosen at checkout itself: top up your account credit with crypto from your client area, then check out with your balance — credit is applied to new orders automatically. You can also pay any open invoice with crypto. The minimum top-up is $5, and the network and processor fees are added on top.
How does account credit work?
Credit sits on your account and is applied automatically: to new orders at checkout, and to renewal invoices when they are issued. If your balance does not cover the full amount, you pay the rest with any other method.
